Eighth Planned Parenthood Video Shows StemExpress Exec Discussing Need for '50
In the videos released by the citizen journalist group Center for Medical Progress, Planned Parenthood officials discussed the collection and transfer of body parts from aborted fetuses, compensation and itemization of the parts, and possible adjustment of abortion procedures to obtain more intact specimens.
"I think the emotional aspect of it, it's probably good for the state to get out of being the pass-through mechanism", Herbert said.
Oh yeah. And their lab techs freak out, and have meltdowns, and so it's just like, yeah.
"We're working with, you know, nearly triple digit number of clinics". They want to look at bone marrow, they want to look at adipose-sort of adult human, kind of adult-based sampling.
"In light of the ongoing congressional investigation, CDPHE has no current plans to inquire of Planned Parenthood or any other entity concerning alleged transfers of fetal tissue", said CDPHE Communications Director Mark Salley.
StemExpress has already cut ties with Planned Parenthood to avoid "increased questions" regarding the relationship between the two companies.
An anti-abortion group that's taken hidden-camera videos targeting Planned Parenthood released a new clip Tuesday, showing a biomedical company executive callously admitting how her company ships intact fetuses from abortion providers. "Case" is the clinical term for an abortion procedure. Investigators in Florida cited four Planned Parenthood clinics for violations earlier this month.
Trisha Walburn said, "I believe Planned Parenthood should keep its funding and stay open due to the fact that it provides a lot more services than just abortion".
"[There are] rampant problems with bacteria in certain clinics", StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer says in the video.
"CMP's accusations that this conversation somehow refers to 'intact fetuses, ' which were never mentioned at any point during the entirety of the illegally recorded conversation, are false", the biomedical company said in its statement.
"The entire case?" she is asked by an actor posing as a buyer.
But the stigma hasn't slowed down the organ traffickers or abortionists from their work.
"These protests and attacks on Planned Parenthood are meant to harass and intimidate patients from seeking vital health care services, including lifesaving cancer screenings and treatment, infection testing and treatment, family planning and birth control, and much more", the local chapter of the nonprofit said in its statement.
